We want you to love your lvlana purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

🔄 Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Free return shipping

  • No restocking fee

  • No final sale items

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused

    • In the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging

Note: We do not accept returns on:

  • Clearance or sale items (marked “Final Sale”)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order arrangements

📝 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Hello@lvlana.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Carefully pack the item and ship it back within 7 days of receiving return approval.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged on arrival), return shipping is free.

  • For other reasons (e.g., changed your mind), a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
